We offer an exciting opportunity to start your HSE & Sustainability career in a fast-paced, innovative and supportive environment. As an HSE & Sustainability trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple sites while completing recognized professional training. No prior experience needed – full training provided. This is an entry-level training position with progression to Group HSE for a driven and enthusiastic candidate.
📍 Derby | Travel required across UK (after training period) 💼 Full-Time | 💷 £30,000 per annum
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.00am – 1.00pm (early finish every Friday)

What You Will Do:
- Support HSE, Environmental, Energy and Sustainability activities across the Group
- Assist site teams with external audits, inspections, reporting and improvement actions
- Help promote a strong safety culture and good working practices
- Learn how to manage compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Contribute to energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Train towards ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards
- Take part in incident investigations and help identify improvements
What You Will Learn:
- HSE legislation, compliance and risk management

About You:
