We are currently recruiting for a CNC Machine Miller (Days & Nights) to join our manufacturing team at our Consett site. This role is for an experienced Machinist who already has hands-on experience in CNC milling in a precision-driven manufacturing environment.
Salary: £51,180 per annum (including 28.5% shift allowance)
Working Hours: 40.25 hours / 4 Shift Pattern / Days = 06:00-18:00 / Nights = 18:00-06:00

Purpose of role and key accountabilities:
- To produce precision components from drawings using CNC machines.
- Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency.
- Competently set and operate CNC machines.
- Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard.
- To work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process.
- Quality check all finished jobs.
- Clean and maintain CNC machine and all associated equipment and machine area.
- Working to ISO 50001/14001/45001/9001 standards.
- Commitment to continual improvement in manufacturing, quality, health, safety environmental, energy and sustainability management.
