Responsibilities
- Provide support to all Marine Electronics Engineers and positioning equipment, and attend vessels worldwide as required by the positioning manager.
- Provide service support for company‑operated vessels.
- Follow maintenance schedules and conduct field‑based fault finding and board‑level diagnosis.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external suppliers and contractors.
- Install equipment on vessels and integrate it with other systems.
- Prepare, test, and pack equipment prior to dispatch to vessels.
- Provide remote support to vessels with technical issues, including out‑of‑hours and weekend assistance.
- Test and repair equipment.
- Control asset movement and prepare shipping documents.
