This is a full-time hybrid role for a Warehouse Manager based in Headcorn nr Maidstone, Kent. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock control, inventory management, and effective organization of goods. The role involves managing logistics, loading and unloading of our own vehicles, ensuring the smooth flow of supplies, managing vehicle servicing and tachograph regulations, supervising warehouse staff, and operating equipment safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager will collaborate with other departments to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient management of goods
  • Strong skills in Operations Management with the ability to supervise warehouse processes and staff effectively
  • Certification and experience in Forklift Operation for safe handling and transport of goods
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and tools is preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to varying operational demands
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role is necessary
