Key Tasks
- To carry out the removal of vehicle parts and re-fitting mechanical and body parts quickly, economically and to the company and manufacturers standards.
Routine Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To carry out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs, in full accordance with professional standard of workmanship and vehicle roadworthiness, including;
- Dismantling
- Re-assembly with new parts as required
- Testing work carried out
- To identify and report all apparent other faults or other work that is found to be required, or considered to be advisable in the interests of safety and/or reliability
- To identify and utilise the correct methods of working by using your experience, skills, training and industry knowledge, referring to the available technical information where appropriate
- To complete all job-related and other Company documentation and administrative duties accurately and promptly
- To work safely and efficiently in order to satisfactorily complete all jobs allocated
- To work co-operatively with colleagues, customers, suppliers and other parties as instructed
