At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team at Indurent Park. To support our current team on our Sunday shift, ensuring to get orders picked, packed and despatched on time.

What the role will involve?

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting our returns team, processing customer returns when required
  • Comfortable working at height on mezzanine floors
  • Meeting daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
  • Ensuring all orders are packed to a high standard before dispatch
  • Comfortable with manual handling, lifting parcels of up to 25kg
  • Using warehouse systems (Oracle WMS experience is an advantage, but not essential)
  • Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of the warehouse team
