We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join the team, supporting the day-to-day running of our online retail accounts. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of product listings, work closely with major retail partners and use data to help drive sales performance. It is a great opportunity for someone with ecommerce, merchandising or admin experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain more commercial responsibility.
What will the Ecommerce Executive role entail?
- Managing and updating product listings across multiple retailer websites and marketplaces
- Monitoring performance across account, including styles, categories and brands
- Using data and Excel to identify gaps and opportunities for new product listings
- Supporting the onboarding of new retail partners, including templates, data mapping and set up
- Troubleshooting listing or data issues to ensure accuracy across platforms
- Producing regular sales and performance reports
- Supporting delivery of turnover targets
- Keeping up to date with ecommerce trends and online shopping behaviour
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in ecommerce, merchandising, retail or a similar data-focused role
- Comfortable working with data and large product lists
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. V-look ups, pivot tables, formulas, ability to work with large amounts of data) or willingness to develop
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
