Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm

Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ – Hybrid Role (Minimum 3 days per week)

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Designer to join our fast-growing Ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital design, ecommerce and storytelling, with experience creating engaging online content that brings brands to life. You’ll work collaboratively with our Ecommerce, Marketing and Buying teams to create eye-catching digital assets across websites, email campaigns and social media channels, helping deliver seamless customer experiences and drive ecommerce performance.

What the Digital Designer role will involve?

  • Creating engaging and conversion-focused digital content for a portfolio of exciting footwear brands across multiple online channels.
  • Helping shape the visual identity of campaigns and support the wider Ecommerce and B2C marketing strategy through high-quality creative and user-focused design.
  • Designing digital assets for websites, email campaigns and paid social advertising.
  • Creating responsive and conversion-focused ecommerce graphics.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with Ecommerce, Marketing and Buying teams on campaigns and promotions.
  • Applying UX/UI best practices to improve customer journeys and online experiences.
  • Working within Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms to support web content updates.
  • Staying up to date with design trends, ecommerce innovation and digital tools.
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for in our Digital Designer?

  • 2+ years’ experience in a digital or creative design role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, ecommerce or campaign design work.
  • Experience working within an ecommerce or online retail environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce CMS platforms.
  • Experience designing for web, email and social media channels.
  • Understanding of responsive design and ecommerce best practices.
  • Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD is desirable.
