At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Operative (VNA Driver) to join our Goods In team at Indurent Park, Stonehouse. Located off Junction 12 on the M5.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating a VNA truck to pick orders and replenish stock
- Handling goods safely, including manual lifting to 25kg
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and moving stock internally
- Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS - Oracle experience is a bonus)
- Meeting daily productivity targets
- Supporting your team across general warehouse duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- A current VNA licence or similar
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
- Having a VNA licence is desirable, but if you have experience of driving a Forklift, HLOP, MLOP or Bendi that would be a great addition; we can train the successful candidate in house if required.
