We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career or looking for a new challenge, who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting customers and being part of a collaborative team.
What the Customer Service Administrator role entails:
- Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, handling enquiries, orders, deliveries and product queries.
- Accurately processing customer orders, invoices, credits and returns.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently, including dispatch problems, shortages, returns and incorrect deliveries.
- Supporting customers with online portals and web-based services, including account access.
- Coordinating with carriers, warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate product and pricing information while supporting general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and learning new systems
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using Zendesk or similar platforms is desirable but not essential
