What the role will involve? As Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic accounts across multiple brands and categories, using your strong sales background and commercial mindset to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth. Working across Sales, Product, Merchandising and Marketing, you'll coordinate teams, influence commercial strategies and build strong customer and brand relationships to maximise performance across the business. You'll be responsible for: Developing and delivering long-term commercial and brand strategies to drive turnover, gross margin, profitability and sustainable growth across a portfolio of brands. Managing and growing strategic customer accounts, identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with key retailers, customers and brand partners.
