Role: Store Manager – Totnes
Hours: Monday – Saturday (9:30am – 17:00pm) (37.5 hours – Rota Basis)
Salary: Starting at £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Totnes store on Fore Street.
What will the Store Manager's duties be?
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Totnes branch, ensuring it is presented to the highest standards while driving sales, profitability and outstanding customer service.
- Maintain exceptional standards throughout the store and window displays to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Work towards and achieve key performance indicators, including turnover, profitability and staff retention.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of approximately five staff through regular appraisals, coaching and training.
- Manage rotas, timesheets, absence and sickness, and follow company disciplinary procedures where required.
- Recruit, induct and train new team members as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with company Health & Safety policies and promote best practice within the team.
