We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. Whether you are new to office work or bringing previous customer service experience, if you are a great communicator with a passion for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!
What the Customer Service Administrator role entails:
- Handling customer queries via phone and email β providing solutions
- Processing orders, managing delivery enquiries, and actioning refunds/credits
- Supporting online sales through our customer portals (e.g., Hush Puppies, Muck Boot)
What hours do we work?
- 5 weeks of Monday β Friday 8:30 β 17:00
- 1 week of Monday β Friday 7:00 β 15:30 - WFH
- 1 week of Monday β Friday 10:30 β 19:00 β WFH
