We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a fixed term contract, to support us through our busy peak period. What the Customer Service Administrator role entails:
- Dealing with customer calls and emails, helping with questions about orders, deliveries and products.
- Process orders and returns accurately, making sure everything is sent out on time and in the right format.
- Handle invoices, refunds, credits and work with other teams, such as accounts and buying to sort out any issues.
- Supporting online sales through our customer portals (e.g., Hush Puppies, Muck Boot).
- Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly and make sure stock and product information is up to date.
- Take care of general admin tasks and help keep everything organised.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and learning new systems.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience using Zendesk is desirable but not essential.
