Hours: Monday – Thursday 13:30 – 22:00 & Friday 14:00 – 22:00

What we’re looking for:
- Proactive and hands-on Evening Shift Supervisor to support the smooth running of our warehouse operation.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and replenishment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems and task management processes (Oracle etc).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid VNA licence or willingness to train.
What will the role involve?
- Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and stock handling.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time to meet service level targets.
- Support shift performance by managing workloads and helping the team achieve operational goals.
- Train, coach, and support team members through regular one-to-ones, development conversations, and return-to-work meetings.
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment, following all health & safety procedures.
- Support warehouse efficiency through stock control, process improvements, and site responsibility when required.
