The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated skilled Landscaper to join our close-knit and talented team. You will be working across a diverse range of projects, bringing expertise, craftsmanship, and a great attitude to every job.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reading plans and setting out projects accurately
- Carrying out groundworks and operating machinery
- Laying natural stone and porcelain patios to a high standard
- Carpentry work, including the construction of decking
- Soft landscaping, including earthworks, planting, laying lawns and meadows
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout every project
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
- Experience with groundworks and machine operation
- Skilled in laying natural stone and porcelain
- Carpentry and decking experience
- Good plant knowledge and soft landscaping skills
- A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
