The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated skilled Landscaper to join our close-knit and talented team. You will be working across a diverse range of projects, bringing expertise, craftsmanship, and a great attitude to every job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reading plans and setting out projects accurately
  • Carrying out groundworks and operating machinery
  • Laying natural stone and porcelain patios to a high standard
  • Carpentry work, including the construction of decking
  • Soft landscaping, including earthworks, planting, laying lawns and meadows
  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout every project

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to read and interpret plans confidently
  • Experience with groundworks and machine operation
  • Skilled in laying natural stone and porcelain
  • Carpentry and decking experience
  • Good plant knowledge and soft landscaping skills
  • A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
