The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in professional floristry whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification. No previous floristry experience is required. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn. As part of our team, you will gain experience across all areas of the business, including retail floristry, weddings, events, customer service and online orders.

Apprenticeship Training
You will complete the LANTRA Level 2 Florist Apprenticeship through The Floristry School. Most of the apprenticeship is completed through a combination of hands‑on learning at Gardenia and weekly online sessions. Occasional in‑person training or assessment days may be required throughout the programme.
