We are looking for an ambitious
Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications across two of our schools — Kew House School and Kew Green Preparatory School — including Kew Green Nursery, which is attached to Kew Green Preparatory School.
Working closely with our Head Teachers and Admissions team, you will own the annual marketing plan for your schools, driving enquiries, registrations and applications while protecting and growing each school's reputation.
You will line manage the Marketing & CRM Executive and collaborate with our Visual Content Designer to deliver campaigns, communications and events that support admissions targets.

You will provide effective and inspiring external and internal marketing for prospective and current parents, staff and pupils — owning the annual marketing plan and delivering campaigns, communications and events that support admissions targets.

04 Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing, day to day.
- Admissions marketing
- Develop and deliver annual marketing plans for assigned schools.
- Work closely with Admissions to increase enquiries and applications.
- Promote Open Events and measure conversion.
- Monitor the admissions pipeline and adjust marketing activity accordingly.
- Content & communications
- Lead content planning for websites, newsletters and social channels.
- Gather stories from across school life.
- Produce engaging copy for digital and printed communications.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Campaign management
- Brief and work alongside the Marketing Executive on paid campaigns.
- Develop campaign briefs for recruitment, Sixth Form, scholarships and events.
- Review campaign performance and optimise activity.

- Own website content for allocated schools.
- Keep information accurate and current.
- Improve user journeys to maximise enquiries.

- Lead marketing for Open Days and admissions events.
- Coordinate marketing support before, during and after events.
- Ensure photography and video are captured.
