About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to lead and grow our trade channel across our mid-grade UK and Overseas accounts. This role will focus on managing and developing relationships with our mid-grade trade partners, ranging from independent stores to interior designers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand presence, and delivering exceptional customer experience across your account base. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and identifying accounts from our self-serve customer base that have growth potential and managing these.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth
    • Manage a portfolio of key trade accounts, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the trade channel
    • Deliver against sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives
    • Build tailored account plans for high growth accounts
    • Proactively target and convert new, key customers
    • Manage incoming Trade applications
  • Commercial Planning
    • Analyse sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline opportunities
    • Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
    • Provide customer insights to inform product development and range planning
  • Customer Experience
    • Act as the main point of contact for trade customers, delivering a premium, consultative service
    • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
    • Manage overdue balances, working closely with customers to resolve issues and secure timely payment

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Account Management (preferably within homeware, interiors, or lifestyle brands)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence required
