Role Summary:
Weβre looking for an experienced Digital & Ecommerce Manager to drive online growth by managing our ecommerce platforms and helping execute high-performing marketing campaigns. Youβll be responsible for optimising the customer journey, increasing revenue, and ensuring our digital channels work seamlessly together.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Management
- Oversee day-to-day management of our ecommerce sites Big Commerce and Shopify)
- Ensure smooth operation of product listings, promotions, payment systems, and checkout.
- Collaborate with developers/designers to improve site speed, UX, and functionality.
- Implement onsite merchandising strategies to boost conversion and AOV.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital promotions with wider stakeholders.
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels with the support of best-in-class digital agencies.
- Report and analyse on Spend, Traffic and ROAS performance.
- Brief and manage submission of creative assets for ad campaigns and landing pages.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Use GA4, Shopify/CRM data, to build and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Make data-driven decisions to drive CRO and digital performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, design, customer service, and development teams.
- Work with agencies or freelancers as needed (Web Dev, Digital Agencies and SEO)
- Align digital and ecommerce strategies with broader brand and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3β5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or digital product management.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Big Commerce and Shopfiy).
- Good understanding of paid media (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and ecommerce analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Ometria, Klaviyo).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience working with developers.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Desirable (Nice to Have):
- Experience with SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnerships.
- Knowledge of CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO).
- Experience managing teams or freelancers.
- Experience in A/B testing and personalization strategies.
