We are recruiting experienced and qualified Residential Support Workers to join our therapeutic children's home in Stourton.
This is a role for people who already understand residential childcare and can bring confidence, consistency and professional experience into a therapeutic home environment.
The role will include supporting young people with daily routines, education, activities, emotional wellbeing, independence and life skills, as well as contributing to care planning, recording, safeguarding and the wider running of the home.
Full-time and part-time roles available
Various shift patterns available, including evenings and weekends
Supportive therapeutic team environment
We are particularly interested in applicants who are confident working with young people who may have experienced trauma, instability or disrupted attachments.
