Reporting to the CFO, this newly created role will support a fast-growing studio lot by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management. The FP&A Manager will develop robust financial models, deliver insight to senior stakeholders and investors, and provide strategic analysis to guide commercial decisions. Acting as a key business partner, the role will evaluate business initiatives, investments, and partnerships while promoting data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (1–3 years PQE) with strong modelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is eager to drive improvement and influence strategy.
Founded in early 2021, Garden Studios is now central London’s largest film and television production studio complex. We have grown rapidly to meet the demands of film and TV production in the UK and have welcomed a number of blue chip productions, streamers, brand agencies as well as independent creators across advertising, music, and live events.
