We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Dual Store Manager to lead and inspire teams across multiple retail stores, driving performance while creating welcoming community spaces that people love to visit, donate to, and volunteer in.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales, profit, and Gift Aid performance across multiple stores
- Leading, motivating, and developing paid staff and volunteers

- Building relationships within local communities to increase donations and support
- Championing Gift Aid and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial retail experience with genuine people leadership and community focus. You will likely bring:
- Experience managing retail stores — ideally multi‑site
- A strong track record of delivering sales and KPI targets
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams and/or volunteers
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

This role involves managing multiple store locations, so access to your own transport or strong transport links is essential. Appointment will be subject to pre‑employment checks including DBS and health screening.
