We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Perform specialised treatments such as Keratin & Botox Treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on hair care.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in store management is an advantage but not essential.
- A passion for the hair industry and staying updated on current trends and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
