Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to lead GARAS as our Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire to develop and deliver services that address complex challenges faced by refugees and asylum seekers. This is an immensely rewarding role, working in a dynamic charity building on an ethos of care and inclusivity. The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker, who brings financial and team management skills, together with an ability to work with key stakeholders at a strategic level.
