With a reputation for delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service, we are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our market share across the country. This is one of a number of new roles within the business as we expand and develop our strategy for future success.
Role Overview:
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our footprint in the garage equipment and tools industry. This is an office-based role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with the flexibility to work from home when needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for the automotive and garage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across the country.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential market segments and customer bases.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company’s visibility and network.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the garage equipment, automotive, or tools industry.
