Position: Floor Manager – NEW STORE OPENING
Location: Bluewater, KENT
Salary: £32,000 PLUS BONUS

The Role:
- Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Floor Manager is to oversee all operations and processes related to the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with the management team to execute visual layout plans through efficient labour management, ensuring execution and maintenance.
- Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals.
- Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
- Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards.
- Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results.
About You:
- Min 2 years floor manager or equivalent experience, preferably from a HS fashion background.
- Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data.
- Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle.
- Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus.
- Managed a high turnover operation before.
- Passion for fashion and is extremely customer‑orientated.
- Flair for VM, brand standards and training.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leader & authentic individual.
