About the Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers / Pipefitters to work on a prestigious, high-profile commercial redevelopment project based in Piccadilly (W1). Working on a major high-spec commercial refurbishment, you will be responsible for installing second-fix pipework distributions, plant room mechanics, and high-end commercial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of commercial pipework (crimp / press-fit / mapress, copper, and screwed steel).
- Hot & cold water service installations, heating, and drainage runs.
- Reading and working off mechanical construction drawings.
- Working at height using access equipment where required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- JIB-PMES Blue / Gold Card (or CSCS Skilled Worker Card - Mechanical / Pipefitting).
- Valid CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test (passed within the last 2 years).
- Proven track record on major commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Full PPE and standard commercial tools.
