Our pipeline is packed with major multi-dwelling residential schemes and volume housing projects across London and the South East. We don't micromanage; we hire trusted professionals and let them run their jobs. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who can step onto a busy site, take the reins, and drive the project over the line.

The Role

This isn't a desk job. You'll be the main face on site, bridging the gap between our project managers and the electricians in the plots.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running the Site: Overseeing daily progress on-site, managing in-house sparks and sub-contractors from first fix through to finals.
  • Developer Liaison: Attending site meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring handover.
