Electrical Site Manager - Fit Out

We're recruiting for an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join its delivery team across London.
This is a site-based role taking responsibility for the electrical package on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside the wider project and MEP teams to ensure works are delivered safely, properly coordinated and to programme.
What you'll be doing
Manage electrical works on site from installation through to completion
Coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist trades
Monitor progress against programme and identify issues early
Ensure installations are completed to the required quality and specification
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, architectural and construction packages
Manage site health and safety requirements
Attend site and coordination meetings
Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover
Work closely with Project Managers, MEP teams and other site management
You'll need a strong electrical background with experience managing electrical packages on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
You should have:
Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar
Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
Good understanding of electrical installations and site coordination
Confidence managing subcontractors and programme
Strong health and safety awareness
SMSTS
