Plumber - New Build Residential
- Location: Lewisham, South East London
- Rate / Salary: £31.00 per hour (CIS / Umbrella)
- Duration: Long-term / Ongoing
About the Role: We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for a major multi-storey residential apartment block development in Lewisham. At £31.00/hr, we are seeking high-caliber tradespeople capable of running efficient 1st and 2nd fix installations across high-density apartment units.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st fix pipework installations (boosted cold water, LTHW, copper, and press-fit systems).
- 2nd fix fit-out of high-spec sanitaryware, baths, showers, and kitchen plumbing.
- Installation of underfloor heating (UFH) manifolds, heat interface units (HIUs), and meters.
- Pressure testing, leak checking, and prepping systems for final handover.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS / JCS Plumber Card (NVQ Level 2 or 3).
- Solid track record on large-scale new build apartment schemes.
- Own tools (including press-fit / crimping tools if applicable) and full PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work directly from schematics.
