Electrician - New Build Residential
- Location: Lewisham, South East London
- Rate / Salary: £33 per hour (CIS / Umbrella)
- Duration: Long-term / Ongoing
About the Role: We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for a multi-storey apartment block development in Lewisham. You will be delivering 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations across modern high-density apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cable tray, basket, conduit, and containment work across communal areas and apartment units.
- 1st fix wiring for domestic lighting, power, and ventilation/MVHR systems.
- 2nd fix installation of consumer units, switches, sockets, light fittings, and interlock systems.
- Reading and working directly from schematic drawings and site plans.
Requirements:
- Valid JIB Gold Card.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition.
- Proven experience on new-build apartment block schemes. xgikmsk
- Own hand/power tools and full PPE.
