It has recently secured a new contract covering 26 railway stations and is now looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out day-to-day reactive and planned works across the portfolio.
The role will focus mainly on building fabric maintenance, carpentry and small remedial works.
You will be a mobile operative, working closely with the delivery team to ensure all station repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Day-to-day, the role will include: Carrying out reactive building maintenance and fabric repairs across 26 stations Handling carpentry, lock changes, glazing and minor roofing works Assisting with drainage, groundwork and general station upkeep Completing scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks (primarily drainage-focused) Responding to emergency maintenance requests during working hours and as part of an on-call rota Ensuring all works are carried out safely, in line with rail safety protocols and compliance standards ...
