We are resourcing for an experienced, heavy-duty Cable Jointer / LV Installation Electrician to join a high-profile commercial infrastructure project in SW1. This is a clean, premium indoor site offering excellent longevity from late July through to January 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy SWA Work: Glanding, terminating, and crimping 120mm² Steel Wire Armoured sub-main cables.
- Switchrooms: Working on approximately 27 parallel-fed distribution panels, managing claims and terminations neatly.
- Site Flexibility: Pivoting onto other installation tasks (cable pulling, face fits) on days when panels are not quite ready.
Requirements:
- Proven experience glanding and terminating heavy-duty SWA cables (120mm² and above).
- Strong background in commercial/industrial distribution, switchgear, or plant rooms.
- Valid JIB Gold Card, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
