Assistant MEP Manager - Commercial Retrofit Central London We are working with an established European construction group that is delivering a major commercial retrofit project in Central London.
The project involves the refurbishment of around 10,000m² of high-end office space.
They are now looking for an Assistant MEP Manager to join the project team and support the delivery of the mechanical and electrical services.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the MEP Manager, subcontractors, consultants and the wider site team.
It is likely to suit someone with one to four years' experience working for a building services contractor who wants to develop into a broader project delivery role.
Unlike some MEP positions within a main contractor, this role will involve direct involvement in the detail of the building services packages, including design information, procurement, installation, quality and programme.
