We are looking for specialist Electrical Test & Inspection Engineers for a major residential development in East London.
Working for a long-established M&E subcontractor, you will be responsible for the final testing and commissioning of a significant 65-unit phase, with a second phase starting shortly. This is a dedicated testing role requiring high attention to detail and efficiency:
- Initial Verification: Full initial testing of domestic new-build apartments.
- Certification: Generating accurate EIC / EICR certificates for project handover.
- Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition and NHBC standards.
- Volume: Maintaining a high volume of "test and sign-off" to meet strict handover deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
