- Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Maintain and administer electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), Power BI reporting tools, and other quality-related applications.
- Ensure quality records are accurately maintained and retained in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain control of inspection stamps, calibration status, and authorised inspection personnel.
- Conduct internal process, product, and system audits, as well as coordinate and support external audits including customer, certification, and NADCAP special process audits.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and supplier development activities.
- Carry out process audits including Layered Process Audits (LPA), DOPS, Control Plan compliance, and production process verification.
- Support customer visits, regulatory inspections, and certification audits, ensuring timely completion of audit findings and action plans.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve internal and external non-conformances, customer complaints, concessions, and returned products.
- Maintain the internal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) database and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including PPAP submissions for new product introduction (NPI), product modifications, and time-lapsed programmes.
- Review contracts and new product introduction requirements to ensure quality requirements are identified and communicated.
- Review and approve Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Process Change Requests (PCRs), Control Plans, and FMEAs relevant to production.
- Ensure production documentation and product release activities are completed in accordance with quality requirements.
