GAP Survey & Safety Hire & Sales offers one of the largest ranges of survey & safety equipment and accessories in the industry, serving the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
The Test & Run Fitter (Survey & Safety) will ensure all basic Survey & Safety products are cleaned, checked, adjusted and certificated before they are hired out. The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest products and accessories and ensuring all maintenance and equipment paperwork is completed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Clean, check, adjust and certificate survey and safety products before hire.
- Keep current knowledge of products and accessories.
- Complete all maintenance and equipment documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of survey products and accessories (desirable; full training provided).
- Ability to carry out comprehensive safety checks and calibration before dispatch.
- Excellent local area knowledge.
