As a GAP Assistant Store Manager this is an opportunity for you to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and help make the store the best it can be.
You’ll be the right hand person to the Store Manager, supporting daily operations, inspiring the team and keeping the vibe upbeat.

To be a successful Assistant Store Manager at GAP you will:
- Help build and lead a high performing, engaging team
- Drive day to day operations and deliver incredible customer experience
- Coach, mentor and develop team members
- Support the Store Manager to execute merchandising, operational, customer and talent strategic initiatives on the shop floor
- Represent the brand and stay ahead of trends in retail
About you:
- 2-4 years of experience in retail management
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
- A positive hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings and holidays
