Performance Objectives Perform reactive maintenance to minimize production downtime. Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and electrical equipment (if competent). Maintain site utilities, buildings, and support services, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment. Ensure that all work meets Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards. HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in a similar engineering role at a competent level. Strong knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations.
