About The Role:- Reporting to Head of Engineering.
- Preventative planned maintenance planning.
- Carry out Root Cause Analysis.
- Providing support and guidance to the maintenance teams.
- Progressive pathways available for driven candidates.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a senior engineering position, in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Level 3 NVQ / HNC in engineering OR Time Served Engineer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
