We are delighted to be supporting exclusively a major player in the manufacturing sector to assist with the recruitment of an experienced engineering senior.

About The Role:
  • Reporting to Head of Engineering.
  • Preventative planned maintenance planning.
  • Carry out Root Cause Analysis.
  • Providing support and guidance to the maintenance teams.
  • Progressive pathways available for driven candidates.
About The Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a senior engineering position, in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
  • Level 3 NVQ / HNC in engineering OR Time Served Engineer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
