Gap Technical are currently recruiting for a proactive, technically skilled, and hands-on Multi-Skilled Electrically biased Engineer to join an established manufacturing business. Performance Objectives
- Deliver the site engineering strategy, ensuring production runs efficiently, reliably, and on target.
- Maintain and enhance technical capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Diagnose faults across electrical control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Carry out mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves etc.
- Ensure compliance with H&S, steam systems, effluent processes, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Balance reactive and proactive tasks, contributing to preventative maintenance (PM) completion and GMP standards.
Person Specification
- Experience in fast-moving, clean, high-tech production BRC regulated industry.
- Strong technical competency in both electrical (PLC, drives, automation) and mechanical systems (pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics).
