- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults efficiently using technical expertise and available documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with operational teams to maximize performance and reduce downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain and repair machinery to high standards, proactively reducing downtime and enhancing departmental efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally, you will have completed a Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship.
- Experience in FMCG/Packaging Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong competence in fault-finding on 3-Phase Electrical Systems, Drives, I/O PLCs, as well as Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
