Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team to deliver exceptional maintenance and engineering support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and productivity. Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to achieve operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the engineering function. Manage engineering budgets and control costs while maintaining high standards of maintenance and reliability.
