You'll be working within the engineering recruitment sector, helping businesses find highly skilled engineering professionals while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates through various channels
- Conducting candidate interviews and understanding their career goals
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for suitable candidates
- Negotiating salaries, fees and offers
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
- Developing your knowledge of different recruitment market
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
