Gap Construction is proud to be working on behalf of a private estate to recruit an experienced Project Manager for the construction of a prestigious new build residence. This is a rare opportunity to oversee the delivery of an exceptional private residential development from construction through to completion. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day to day running of the project, coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors while maintaining the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and discretion.
At peak construction, the Project Manager will oversee approximately 25 to 40 operatives on site and act as the primary point of contact between contractors, consultants, and the client's representatives.
