The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.
£30,000 - £40,000 + Shift allowance for nights
Days shifts: Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 12:00
Night shifts: Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 02:15
Harlowgap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a CNC Turner & Miller to work at their facility based near Harlow.
Performance Objectives- As a CNC Turner or Miller, you will support the operations, CNC turning and milling to help create world-class components for the aerospace sector.
- Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC Machines: Utilise Mazatrol Control systems to achieve precise machining of components.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow engineers, machinists, and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly maintain machines and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Accurately record all machining processes and outcomes for traceability and compliance purposes.
- You will need previous experience in CNC Turning or 4 & 5 Axis Milling.
- You will need previous experience using Mazatrol systems, this is essential.
- You will be a team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for precision engineering.
- With experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, you will possess the technical know-how to tackle complex engineering challenges.
