Responsibilities
- Participate in a positive and proactive EHS culture across the site.
- Perform EDM operations using a variety of machines – wiring, sinking, deep hole drilling.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers and CNC programmers to operate the EDM and meet daily production targets.
- Provide methods and technical support to other team members as needed.
- Assist in developing tooling solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of EDM paths, features, and tooling information.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to ensure safe operations.
- Complete production and quality logs documenting actions.
- Contribute new ideas and support current processes to improve productivity.
- Assist in solving manufacturing and quality issues using root‑cause analysis tools.
Qualifications
