Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to minimise downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to improve machine reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain machinery to a high engineering standard, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship preferred.
- Previous experience within FMCG or Packaging manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Strong fault-finding ability on:
- 3-Phase Electrical Systems
- Drives
- PLC I/O Systems
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
