Job Description Maintenance Engineer\n \n Corby £60,000 Panama Night Shift \n Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a role with a well known FMCG Manufacturer where you can make a real impact? \n We're partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Corby to recruit multiple Maintenance Engineers to join their established engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, fast-paced production environment, playing a key role in keeping operations running efficiently while contributing to ongoing improvements across the site. \n \nThe Role\n \n As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and supporting the site's operational performance. \n \n Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production machinery. \n Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults, including PLC-controlled equipment. \n Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and performance. \n Working closely with production teams to maximise efficiency. \n Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards. \n \n \nWhat We're Looking For\n \n \n Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent). \n Previous experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing or other fast-paced production environment. \n Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills. \n Experience working with conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors and control systems. \n \n \n £60,000 salary \n Panama Night Shift. \n Be part of a supportive engineering team with opportunities to develop your skills and career. \n If you'd like to discuss this role or hear about other engineering opportunities, we'd be happy to speak with you. \
